• Target throughput in tons or kilograms per hour, and expected operating hours per day.
• Typical incoming grain moisture content (%) and desired target flake density (e.g., g/L or lb/bushel), if known.
• Available plant utilities: steam pressure (bar/psi) and flowrate (kg/hr), main electrical service details (Voltage/Phase/Hz).
• A preliminary layout drawing or dimensioned sketch (L x W x H) of the available space.
• Description of any existing upstream (cleaning, storage) or downstream (cooling, conveying) equipment to be integrated.
